Understanding the name Shady Lady
Shady means moraly degenerated and Lady
means a fine and true lady. Some yachtsmen – we used to be among them
ourselves –
finds that the Bavaria Yacht Works and the quality of ships they build are
questionable. Having gotten to know the yacht works and our beloved ship, we
recognize her as the fine lady she is. We
do however admit that we once had a different view on the ships built by Bavaria
Yacht Works. This is why we named her Shady
Lady.
